Palada Pradhaman Mix

Palada Pradhaman is important delicacy in Kerala’s cuisine. Its very special dessert made during every festival especially Onam Sandhya. Here is how to prepare using the mix:
-Heat a wide pan/traditional uruli and pour water and allow it to boil
-Add GreenNGlow ada pradhaman mix and allow to cook for 10-15 minutes in medium flame
-Take 1 cup of water and boil it. Add pure cane sugar or jaggery to make thick syrup
–When palada is cooked well, add jaggery or cane sugar syrup.                                                                                   –Add cashew fried in pure Ghee. Serve when hot.
